PLEASE REVIEW THESE SALES, SHIPPING, RETURNS, REFUND, AND LICENSING TERMS BEFORE PURCHASING ANY PRODUCT, DIGITAL DOWNLOAD, PATCH, EDUCATIONAL RESOURCE, EVENT REGISTRATION, OR SERVICE FROM EXPLORE THE MAGIC OF MOTION® LLC ("EXPLORE THE MAGIC OF MOTION," "WE," "US," OR "OUR").
These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made through our website, online store, payment links, registration forms, and other purchasing platforms (collectively, the "Site"), including but not limited to:
• Fun patches and other physical products
• Guidebooks and digital downloads
• Educational resources and learning materials
• Workshops and educational programs
• Speaking engagements and event registrations
• Sponsorships and related services
By accessing, purchasing, downloading, registering for, booking, or using any products, services, programs, events, or materials provided by Explore the Magic of Motion® LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Sales, Shipping, Returns, Refund, and Licensing Terms and all policies outlined below.
Payment Policy
Payment for purchases is securely processed through Square. By submitting your payment information and completing a transaction, you authorize Explore the Magic of Motion® LLC and its payment processor to charge the selected payment method for the total amount due, including any applicable taxes, fees, shipping charges, or other costs associated with your purchase. Payment is due at the time of purchase, registration, or booking.
We accept payment methods supported by Square, including major credit and debit cards. All transactions are processed through Square's secure payment platform. Explore the Magic of Motion LLC does not store customers' credit card information. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Orders, registrations, downloads, and bookings will not be processed until payment has been successfully completed.
Explore the Magic of Motion® LLC reserves the right to refuse, cancel, limit, or modify any order, registration, booking, or transaction at its sole discretion, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment disputes, pricing errors, product availability issues, or violations of these terms.
Fun Patch Orders or Physical Products
Shipping Policy
· Fun patches are offered by Explore the Magic of Motion® LLC.
· We currently ship only within the United States.
· International shipping is not available.
· Orders ship using standard domestic shipping methods only.
· Expedited shipping options, including 1-day, 2-day, and 3-day shipping, are not available.
· Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.
Returns & Exchanges
If your patch arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Unused patches may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or shipped incorrectly.
Denied Returns
If a returned item does not meet our return requirements, we will notify the customer by email within 30 days of receiving the return.
The customer may:
· Pay the shipping cost to have the item returned, or
· Forfeit the item.
If no response is received within 30 days of our email, the item will be considered forfeited.
Packages will be shipped to the original shipping address unless otherwise requested. Customers are responsible for being available to receive returned packages.
Guidebooks, Downloads, and Digital Resources
Digital Product License
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-transferable, perpetual single-user license.
Permitted Uses
You may:
· Download, print, and use the file for personal use.
· Use the file for educational purposes.
· Incorporate the file into presentations, workshops, and classroom activities.
· Use the file in marketing, educational, and promotional materials.
Restrictions
The materials may be used for personal, educational, and organizational purposes but may not be reproduced, redistributed, resold, or claimed as the user's own work.
You may not:
· Resell, redistribute, share, or transfer the file.
· Upload the file to file-sharing websites or public repositories.
· Offer the file as a free or paid digital download.
· Claim ownership of the intellectual property.
Ownership
All intellectual property rights remain the property of Explore the Magic of Motion® LLC.
Digital Product Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Refunds cannot be issued once a file has been downloaded or accessed.
Speaking Engagements and Educational Programs
Booking Policy
A speaking engagement, workshop, or educational program is considered confirmed once a signed agreement and any required payment or deposit have been received.
Cancellation Policy
Client cancellations made:
· More than 30 days before the event may receive a refund of payments made, less any non-refundable deposit.
· Within 30 days of the event are non-refundable.
If Explore the Magic of Motion® LLC must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, any payments received will be refunded or applied to a rescheduled date.
Travel and Event Expenses
For in-person engagements, additional travel, lodging, parking, or related expenses may apply and will be outlined in the event agreement.
