The Guide Directory is coming in 2027!

The Explore the Magic of Motion® Guide Directory will help councils. service units and troop leaders connect with individuals who are excited to share their stories, answer questions, and help Scouts explore careers in motion, health, and wellness. The Guide Directory will launch as part of our 15th Anniversary celebration! Through virtual and in person interviews and facility tours, Scouts can:

Find out what professionals do, what their workday looks like, and what they wish they knew when they were starting out.

🎓 Explore education & careers
Learn about different career paths, education, training, and opportunities in healthcare.

🧠 Discover the science of movement
See how the body moves, heals, and works together—and how healthcare teams help people stay active and healthy.

✨ Get inspired
Meet people who started somewhere, just like you, and discover possibilities for your own future.

Want to be a Guide?
Guides are healthcare professionals and students who participate in the Guide Directory through a Location Partner. Guides may share their experiences through virtual or in-person interviews and tours.

Location Partners are organizations and facilities that sponsor Guides and provide opportunities for Girl Scouts to visit, meet professionals, explore a healthcare setting, and learn about careers in physical therapy and healthcare.

Guide participation requires sponsorship by a Location Partner.
