About the event
Spend a day discovering the wonders of the human body, building teamwork and communication skills, and exploring the basics of health and wellness—all in a fun, interactive, and supportive environment. Participants will engage in hands-on demonstrations, collaborate in small groups, and see firsthand how “healthy teams” make everything work—both inside the body and in everyday life.
This workshop is about more than learning—it’s about connecting, exploring, and having fun together. Girls will leave inspired, curious, and confident in their abilities to work as part of a team, and they’ll enjoy special treats along the way, including snacks, a goody bag, and a fun patch to commemorate their day of discovery!
